Ensure smooth transmission direction of grease fittings twice a month. Regarding parts that cannot be added to butter, please ensure to tidy up the oil passage or replace smooth grease fittings until butter can be added. Otherwise, please do not use the device.

Remove the fuel cover, filter cover, inspection hole, hydraulic oil pipe and other parts of the hydraulic oil tank from the mobile scissor lift to prevent dust from being generated when the system oil passage is exposed. Before disassembling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the disassembled components.

If you remove the hydraulic oil tank cover, please clean the dirt around the oil tank cover first. After loosening the fuel tank cap, clean any debris remaining at the joint (do not rinse with water to prevent water from seeping into the fuel tank). After cleaning, the fuel tank cap can be opened. If it is necessary to use scrubbing materials and hammers, scrubbing materials that cannot remove fiber impurities should be selected, and specialized hammers should be used to fix them on the rubber. Hydraulic components and hoses should be carefully cleaned and assembled through high-pressure air drying. Use the original filter with the correct packaging (the internal packaging is damaged, although the filter is intact, it may not be clean). When replacing the engine oil, please clean the filter at the same time. Before installing the filter element, please carefully clean the bottom of the filter housing with cleaning materials.
