Maintenance of the lifting platform
1. Check for wear on rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings, cylinder pin shafts and bearings, arm hinge shafts and bearings, etc.
2. Add some lubricating oil to each part to extend the service life of the bearings.
3. Quality and level of hydraulic oil. The lifting platform should be raised throughout the entire process, and at this position, the hydraulic ground should be 40-50 millimeters above the bottom of the container. If the hydraulic oil becomes dark, sticky, or contains foreign objects such as gravel, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
Lift Platform - Mid Year Maintenance
1. Prioritize in the order of six months or 500 hours.
2. Raise the entire lifting platform and support it as a pole.
3. Check all hydraulic pipelines and joints. The pipeline must not be damaged, the joints must not be loose, and all joints must be tightened.
4. Check for oil in the piston rod and transparent plastic vent tube of the oil cylinder. If there is too much oil, the seals of the cylinder may fail, or the oil level in the tank may be too full.
5. Remove and dismantle the lowering valve, blow the plunger clean with compressed air, then install it and reinstall it.
6. Drain the hydraulic oil completely and discard it. Loosen the connector, remove the oil suction filter, clean it with kerosene, clean it with compressed air, then put it back into the fuel tank and connect the pipeline.
7. Replace with new oil. Do not continue to use old oil, otherwise the moving parts in the system will wear out faster.
