Safe operation of mobile hydraulic lifting platform

2025-01-13

The rapid development of modern economy has led to the rise of many high-rise buildings, thus creating a demand for high-altitude operations. Since November 2014, Lifting equipment is no longer classified as special equipment. It appears as a common device in our daily life and work. So, how should we safely use mobile hydraulic lifting platforms?

1. Before starting the homework, carefully inspect all components of the lifting channel, focusing on whether the screw connections are reliable, whether there are any leaks in the hydraulic pipeline components, and whether the wire contacts are loose or damaged.

2. Before lifting the platform, place the four corner legs firmly on a solid ground, and adjust the workbench to a horizontal position (visually acceptable). Connect the power and the indicator light should be on. Then start the motor, operate the oil pump, lift and lower it once or twice under no load, and check that all parts are functioning properly before starting the operation. When the temperature is below 10 ℃, the oil pump should be operated for 3-5 minutes to confirm that it is working properly before proceeding.

3. After entering the channel, the operator should close the guardrail door, insert the pin, tie the safety rope, and the center of the load (the position of the person standing) should be as close as possible to the center of the workbench.

4. Lifting and lowering: Press the "lifting" button to start the motor, the motor rotates, the hydraulic system operates, the oil cylinder extends, and the channel is lifted; When the required height for the operation is reached, press the "stop" button on the motor to stop the lifting of the channel. If the "stop" button is not pressed, the travel switch will operate when the channel reaches the calibrated height, and the channel will stop at the calibrated height. After completing the homework, press the "descent" button, and the solenoid valve will activate. At this moment, the oil cylinder return is connected, and the channel descends by its own weight.

5. Overloading is strictly prohibited during the use of hydraulic channels, and operators on the channels are not allowed to move during the lifting and lowering process.

6. When moving or towing hydraulic channels, the support legs should be retracted and the channel should be lowered to the lowest position. It is strictly prohibited for operators to move the channel while in a high position.

7. When the channel malfunctions and cannot operate normally, the power supply should be promptly cut off for repair. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment with problems, and non professionals should not disassemble hydraulic and electrical components.

8. Do not use high-altitude work channels in unstable ground conditions; Do not raise the channel when it is not stable, the extended legs are not properly adjusted, leveled, or the landing is unreliable.

9. Do not adjust or retract the extended legs when there are people on the channel or when they are raised.

10. Do not move the machine when the channel is raised. If you need to move, first condense the channel and loosen the support legs.
