Daily maintenance of the lifting platform

2025-02-19

When using a hydraulic lifting platform, it is necessary to regularly inspect and maintain it. This not only extends the service life of the hydraulic lifting platform, but also enables it to operate more efficiently!

Regular maintenance (conducted per shift)

  • After 1500 hours of hydraulic lift operation, perform minor repairs on the mechanical and electrical systems.
  • After 5000 hours of hydraulic lift operation, perform intermediate maintenance on the mechanical and electrical systems.
  • After 10000 hours of hydraulic lift operation, major repairs will be carried out on the mechanical and electrical systems.

Protection of lifting platform mechanical equipment:

  1. The brakes of each organization should be regularly inspected and adjusted, and there should be no dirt on the conflict surface. If dirt is found, it is necessary to wash it off with gasoline or thinner.
  2. The smoothness of the gearbox, gearbox, external gears, etc., as well as the hydraulic oil, shall be carried out according to the requirements in the smoothness table.
  3. Pay attention to checking whether there are any broken wires or loose strands in each steel wire rope.
  4. The hydraulic lifting platform should often check the connection status of each part, and if there is any looseness, it should be tightened.
  5. Regularly check whether the work of each organization is normal and whether there is any noise. If any problems are found, it is necessary to clean them up in a timely manner.
  6. When disassembling and adjusting the reverse gear, it is important to ensure that the centerline of the reverse gear reducer is parallel to the centerline of the gear, with a meshing surface of no less than 70% and a suitable meshing gap.
  7. Regularly check all wires and cables for damage, and promptly wrap and replace the damaged parts.
  8. When encountering signs of overheating in the electric motor, it is necessary to park it in a timely manner, clean up the problem, and then continue running.
  9. Each brush has its own contact surface that needs to be kept clean. Adjust the brush pressure to ensure that the contact area is not less than 50%.
  10. Keep control boxes, distribution boxes, etc. clean regularly and promptly remove dust from electrical equipment.
  11. The contact opening and closing of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable, and the contact arc pit should be polished in a timely manner.
