1. Only trained and qualified personnel can operate the lift platform.  

 

2. Operators on the lift must wear safety belts.  

 

3. Before the lift is put into operation, it is necessary to level the chassis with the support legs and secure the support feet.  

 

4. The operator must concentrate and follow the operation sequence specified in the user manual.  

 

5. During the lifting process of the workbench, it should be smooth and flexible, and there should be no sudden jumping or jamming phenomenon. If the above phenomenon occurs, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and efforts should be made to eliminate it before it can work.  

 

6. If any of the following situations occur in the hydraulic system, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and measures should be taken to eliminate them:

  • Abnormal noise;  
  • The oil temperature rises rapidly;  
  • Abnormal cylinder pressure and return oil pressure;  
  • Oil leakage in the oil circuit;  
  • When pressing the "up" or "down" button, or pushing the "up" or "down" manual valve, the worktable does not move.

7. After pressing the "up" or "down" button, if the workbench does not move, in addition to checking the hydraulic system, the lifting mechanism should also be checked for any jamming, and the electrical part should be checked for any disconnection or overload.  

 

8. There should be a safe clearance above the workbench

 

9. Before turning on the power or during the lifting process of the workbench, if the power is disconnected, the operator must pay attention to keeping all controllers at zero position.  

 

10. When the operator is carrying out high-altitude operations, the operator shall not operate the lift at will.  

 

11. During the lifting and lowering process of the workbench, no part of the body carrying personnel on the workbench shall exceed the boundaries of the workbench.  

 

12. When the operator leaves the lift, the lifting power source must be cut off.
